Comforting Soup Recipes

For years Chef Johnnie spent years cooked in professional kitchens. And ended up working in high end dining.

At the expensive Hotel restaurant they were in charge of making and serving the amuse bouche (it amuses the mouth), the little bite that comes to the table before the main courses are served.

The Chef kept recording these successful little bites, went home and wrote them down. Some of them made it onto the blog The Kitchen Shaman.

And then he set out to write “Proper” cook books. What he  created instead were recipe zines, or cook zines.

Whatever you want to call it, this little recipe publication is packed with inventive vegan recipes ready for you to cook and enjoy.
